Title

Young Woman Drinking Coffee While Working on Laptop and Smartphone

Keywords (40)

woman, coffee, laptop, smartphone, cafe, young, blonde, working, drinking, mug, cup, remote, freelancer, business, technology, lifestyle, smiling, happy, casual, modern, indoors, portrait, multitasking, productivity, communication, online, internet, digital, device, entrepreneur, adult, female, sweater, caffeine, beverage, break, leisure, relaxation, connection, wireless

Five things Deskria does for every photo in your batch

One upload replaces the four tabs, three spreadsheets and two hours of typing a stock submission usually takes.

AI keyword generator for stock photos

Deskria reads each photo and writes 5–48 keywords, ordered from most to least relevant. Pick single words (coffee, laptop, woman) or two-word phrases (coffee shop, remote work) per batch.

Keywords that match what buyers type — not a stuffed list.

Stock-ready titles and descriptions

Every photo gets a descriptive, sales-oriented title of 5–15 words that also fills the description field, plus an agency category where the site needs one. Edit any photo, or the whole batch at once.

Consistent, guideline-friendly titles without writing them by hand.

Automatic file renaming

Photos come back in the ZIP renamed after their title, with duplicate names resolved automatically — so your archive stays searchable by subject instead of by IMG_0001.

A folder you can actually find things in, years later.

Batch processing at contributor scale

Drag in a whole folder of up to 500 JPEG or PNG files (90 MB each) and watch every photo move from uploaded to done with live progress, one row at a time.

A weekend shoot processed before your coffee cools.

Export that every stock site accepts

Metadata is embedded as IPTC, XMP and EXIF in each file — which is what Alamy reads on upload — and a CSV is generated in the exact column layout of Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Getty Images, iStock, Dreamstime, Depositphotos, 123RF or Vecteezy.

No re-typing into contributor portals, ever.

How it works

1

Upload

Drag and drop photos, or an entire folder, into Deskria.

2

AI analyzes

AI analyzes each photo to generate an accurate title and keyword set.

3

Review

Watch results fill in live, then edit any title, description or keyword you'd like to change.

4

Download

Get a ZIP with metadata embedded directly in each file, plus a CSV for upload.

Two ways to export

Embedded metadata (ZIP)

Photos are returned with title, description and keywords embedded directly into IPTC/XMP/EXIF fields — ready to upload as-is.

CSV for each stock site

A ready-to-upload CSV in the exact format Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Getty Images, iStock, Dreamstime, Depositphotos, 123RF or Vecteezy expects — or one with every field for your own records.

Why Deskria

Fast processing, with live progress for every photo

Watch each photo go from uploaded to done, so you always know exactly what's happening and when your batch is ready.

Accurate & relevant

Keywords are ordered by relevance, not just volume — built for discoverability, not for stuffing.

Private by default

Your photos are deleted from our servers shortly after you download them — and automatically within 6 hours either way.

Brand-safe keywords, automatically

Stock sites reject commercial photos that name a brand. Deskria swaps brand keywords for generic ones (iPhone becomes smartphone) and flags any brand left in a title before you upload.

Built by a stock contributor, for stock contributors

Deskria started as a personal fix for the least profitable hours in stock photography: renaming files, typing keywords and re-formatting a CSV for every agency separately. Everything below is what the tool actually does today.

500photos per batch
9stock-site CSV formats
5–48keywords per photo

Frequently asked questions

Which stock platforms does this work with?

Deskria writes standard IPTC/XMP/EXIF metadata into your photos, which every major stock site reads on upload, Alamy included. For bulk upload it also makes a CSV in each site's own format: Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Getty Images, iStock, Dreamstime, Depositphotos, 123RF and Vecteezy.

What file formats are supported?

JPEG and PNG images up to 90MB per file, with a maximum of 500 photos per batch upload.

Can I choose how many keywords are generated?

Yes — the keyword count is adjustable per batch, from 5 up to 48, with 35 as the default.

Single words or phrases?

You choose per batch. Single words gives keywords like coffee, laptop, woman. Phrases also uses two-word phrases where they describe the photo better, like coffee shop, remote work, one person. A phrase counts as one keyword, so 35 keywords means 35 entries either way.

What about brand names?

Stock sites reject commercial photos whose title or keywords name a brand. Deskria replaces brand keywords with generic ones (iPhone becomes smartphone) or removes them, and flags any brand left in a title so you can fix it before uploading.

Can I edit the results before downloading?

Yes. Click Edit on any processed photo to change its title and description, remove keywords you don't want or add your own. With Bulk edit you can add or remove keywords, or replace a word, in every photo of the batch at once. The changes are written into the photos and the CSV, and each photo is renamed after its new title.

What happens to my photos after processing?

Once you download a batch, it's automatically deleted from our servers a few minutes later (we keep a short grace period in case your download needs a retry). If you never download a batch, it's deleted automatically within 6 hours. You can also delete a batch manually at any time. The titles, descriptions and keywords (not the photos) stay in your History for 90 days, so you can download the CSV again.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Deskria runs entirely in your browser — just drag and drop your photos or a folder.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every new account gets 20 free photos once you confirm your email address, no credit card required. The free photos don't reset each month.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, for a pack you haven't used: within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been spent, email ask@deskria.top and we'll refund it in full. Credits already used aren't refundable, but photos that fail to process never use a credit, and billing errors are always refunded. See the full refund policy.

Does Deskria work with Lightroom or Photoshop?

Yes, without any plugin. Deskria writes standard IPTC/XMP/EXIF fields into your files, so a downloaded batch opens in Lightroom, Photoshop or Bridge with the title, caption and keywords already filled in. If you prefer to keep editing there, the CSV export gives you the same metadata as a spreadsheet.

How much does it cost per photo?

Nothing for your first 20 photos. After that you buy credits in one-time packs: from $0.0100 per photo in the Mini pack down to $0.0044 per photo in the Studio pack. Credits never expire, and a photo that fails to process never uses one.
